WHO CAN DRIVE OUR BOATS?
Anyone 16 and older that has both a driver’s license and a NASBLA approved boater’s license OR
Anyone 18 and older that has a driver’s license and completes our on-site temporary licensing procedure.
We no longer issue temporary licenses to anyone under 18.

All watercraft must be returned to the location from which they are picked up.
Multi-day rentals may be kept with customer overnight.
No refunds due to weather or early return.
Pets are welcome but customer is responsible for cleaning and/or damage costs.
Watersports accessories are available for an additional fee.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy:
Reservations changed or cancelled 48 hours prior to the start of the rental are eligible for a full refund.
Within 48 hours, the reservation may be rescheduled anytime through the calendar year.
Rescheduled reservations are not eligible for refunds.

Limited Liability Waiver:
BWM offers a Limited Liability Waiver that caps financial responsibility for damage to the watercraft at $1500.
$45 for the first day of your rental and $5 each additional day thereafter.
Small items such as fenders, props, anchors, lines, and PFDs are not covered under the LLW.
